# Health overview of all observed HIP-3 backstops

> Combined principal flow and observed on-chain activity for every HIP-3 backstop address (`0x4000…00 + dex_index`). One row per dex with at least one observed fill at its backstop address. Sorted by `fill_count` descending.

**Backstop discovery.** Backstop addresses are inferred by scanning the remote `hip3_fills` table for users matching `^0x4000…0[0-9a-f]+$` and taking `argMax(addr, count)` per `dex_id`. The mapping is cached in-memory for 5 minutes. A dex with zero observed backstop fills will not appear here.

**Latency.** 1–2 s on a cold cache (cache miss + N remote queries), under 50 ms when warm.
